The platform adheres to the service tenet of global free shipping with no minimum order threshold, covering mainstream regions of the United States and all international overseas territories, breaking the traditional cross-border shopping logistics threshold restriction and additional freight charging rules, and providing inclusive and convenient logistics services for all shopping users. All product parcels adopt formal cross-border standardized logistics channels, with stable logistics partners, perfect transportation network and complete tracking system, ensuring that every order can be arranged for packaging, outbound transportation and regional distribution in an orderly manner, and effectively avoiding logistics delays, parcel loss and abnormal transportation problems caused by informal channels. The platform uniformly implements unified logistics service standards globally, does not set differentiated freight rules and delivery priorities for different regions, and always maintains the principle of fairness, transparency and standardization, so that users in all regions can enjoy the same free shipping service and efficient delivery experience.

1.2 Order Processing & Dispatch Rules

After the customer completes order payment and confirms the order information, the platform will automatically enter the order review and warehouse preparation process. The platform implements real-time inventory management mechanism, and all displayed product inventory is updated synchronously with warehouse physical inventory. In case of individual product out-of-stock after order placement due to inventory data delay, the platform will actively follow up and provide users with alternative solutions including delayed delivery, product replacement or order cancellation refund. All orders are packaged with professional environmental protection packaging materials and shockproof protection structure, which can effectively protect body care, fragrance and liquid products from extrusion, leakage and damage during long-distance transportation, and ensure the integrity of product appearance and internal quality when arriving.

1.3 Global Delivery Timeframe & Logistics Tracking

The logistics tracking information is updated synchronously with the official logistics system, ensuring the authenticity and timeliness of the query content. The platform will not charge any hidden fees, remote area surcharges, customs clearance handling fees and logistics service fees for all orders. All logistics related costs are fully borne by the platform, and users only need to pay the product settlement price displayed on the page without any additional expenditure.

1.4 Customs Clearance & Tariff Regulations

The platform strictly abides by international cross-border trade customs clearance regulations and import and export commodity management norms, and all products are declared in accordance with formal customs procedures to ensure compliance with customs inspection and entry standards. For most conventional regions, the platform adopts centralized customs clearance and bulk declaration mode to simplify the customs clearance process and improve the efficiency of parcel entry. In some regions with independent tariff policies, users may need to bear local import tariffs and consumption taxes in accordance with local regulatory requirements. The platform cannot predict, exempt or bear relevant tax costs, and all tax expenses arising from local regulatory policies shall be borne by the buyer independently. The product declared value will be filled in accordance with the actual transaction standard, and the platform will not arbitrarily modify the declared value to avoid customs risks. Users shall abide by local import commodity management regulations, and shall not require the platform to falsify product attributes, quantity and declared value to evade customs supervision. Any customs detention, return and confiscation caused by users' non-compliance with local regulations shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

1.5 Shipping Restrictions & Special Instructions

The platform does not support designated logistics carrier delivery and designated time door-to-door delivery services, and all parcels are uniformly assigned by the platform logistics system according to the destination region. Once the parcel is outbound, the receiving address, contact information and consignee information cannot be modified arbitrarily. Any delivery failure, parcel return and loss caused by users filling in wrong address, invalid contact information and inaccurate receiving information shall be borne by the user. For prohibited commodities, restricted commodities and special regulated commodities in individual regions, the platform reserves the right to suspend delivery and cancel relevant orders without prior explanation. The platform is not liable for logistics delays, parcel loss and damage caused by force majeure factors including natural disasters, extreme weather, regional traffic control, public health emergencies and logistics system failure. After the parcel is signed for, users shall check the product integrity on the spot. Any damage, missing and wrong goods shall be fed back to customer service in a timely manner; no after-sales claim will be accepted for overdue feedback after signing for confirmation.
