Terms of Purchase

This terms of purchase standardizes the transaction behavior, order validity confirmation, user obligations and platform rights of all consumers purchasing products through the platform, and is applicable to all order placement, payment settlement and product transaction behaviors on the site. After the user selects products, confirms the receiving information and completes fund payment through the official payment channel, the order is immediately generated and officially confirmed, forming a binding electronic transaction agreement between the user and the platform. After the order is confirmed, the product specification, quantity, price and receiving address cannot be modified at will without special reasons; if modification is really needed, it must be submitted to customer service for review before product outbound delivery, and the platform reserves the right to refuse unreasonable modification demands. The platform reserves the right to independently cancel abnormal orders including repeated malicious orders, false transaction orders, orders with inconsistent receiving information, bulk hoarding orders and order payment arbitrage behaviors, and automatically complete full refund processing after order cancellation. All platform transactions are uniformly settled in USD, and the displayed product price is the final transaction price, with no additional hidden fees, handling fees and service fees.

All product prices displayed on the page are after the unified 70% OFF discount, with the original price and discounted price marked clearly, and no additional discount stacking and hidden preferential rules will be set without public announcement. The platform has the right to appropriately adjust product pricing, discount range and promotional activities according to market supply and demand, cost changes and seasonal operation arrangements. All price adjustments will be publicly displayed on the page in advance, and the adjusted price will take effect automatically after publication. Product inventory data is updated in real time synchronously with the warehouse physical inventory. Due to data delay and hot-selling product rush purchase, individual orders may be out of stock after payment. In case of inventory shortage, the platform will actively inform users and provide three solutions: delayed delivery waiting for restock, equivalent product replacement or order cancellation full refund, and users can independently choose the processing method. Limited edition products, seasonal limited gift sets and mini discovery sets are limited in inventory, sold on a first-come-first-served basis, and will not be restocked after sold out; the platform does not accept pre-order reservation and out-of-stock customization applications for limited products.

Users shall ensure the authenticity, accuracy and validity of all submitted information during order placement, including consignee name, receiving address, contact number and payment account information. Any delivery failure, parcel return, logistics delay and product loss caused by users filling in wrong information, invalid address and unreachable contact method shall be fully borne by the buyer, and the platform will not assume after-sales compensation and free re-delivery obligations. Users shall abide by international cross-border trade regulations and local commodity import management norms, and shall not use the platform to purchase prohibited commodities, restricted commodities and regulated products that violate local laws and regulations. It is prohibited for users to resell, speculate, hoard and conduct commercial secondary sales of platform purchased products in large quantities; the platform reserves the right to restrict purchase authority, cancel abnormal orders and refuse subsequent service for users who violate the transaction rules for many times. Users shall properly keep their platform account and payment security information, and all orders generated under the account shall be deemed as independent voluntary transaction behavior of the account holder, and the platform will not bear the liability for loss caused by account password leakage and unauthorized use by others.

Users are not allowed to use plug-ins, batch ordering tools, malicious ticket grabbing software and other illegal technical means to place orders, snap up limited products and brush orders; once found, the platform will immediately cancel relevant orders, freeze account permissions and permanently restrict platform access rights. Users shall not maliciously place orders and apply for returns repeatedly to disrupt the platform's normal after-sales order and logistics operation order; such abnormal transaction behaviors will be included in the platform's user credit record, and enjoy no preferential activities and return service privileges subsequently. All products purchased on the platform are limited to personal daily use and legitimate gift-giving use, and shall not be used for illegal business transactions, illegal smuggling and other behaviors violating international trade rules. The platform does not bear any legal liability and compensation responsibility for users' illegal use of purchased products and violation of local regulatory policies.

The platform reserves the right to interpret all transaction rules, pricing standards and activity rules independently. In case of force majeure factors such as natural disasters, extreme weather, regional policy changes and logistics system failure leading to inability to deliver goods normally, the platform can delay the order delivery time, adjust the logistics distribution mode or cancel relevant orders, and will not bear liquidated damages and compensation liabilities. For transaction disputes arising from product quality, logistics abnormality and after-sales return, the platform will handle them in accordance with the refund policy and shipping policy; the final processing result given by the platform shall be the final conclusion of the dispute, and users shall not continue to appeal and entangle repeatedly. If any clause of this purchase terms conflicts with the platform's other service policies, the more professional and targeted policy clauses shall prevail.
